We provide OEM and ODM services, factory-direct wholesale, and custom manufacturing for global brands and distributors.

Our services include product design consultation, precision laser cutting, custom branding, bulk production, and international shipping.

3. Orders, Quotations, and Pricing

3.1 Quotations

All quotations provided by us are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 15–30 days) unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on the information you provide and may change if specifications, quantities, or materials are modified.

3.2 Orders

Orders become binding only after we issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill the order.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation (usually USD or CNY). Prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant changes in material costs, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond our control, provided we notify you before production begins.

3.4 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Typical terms for new customers require a deposit (commonly 30–50%) before production and the balance before shipment. We accept bank transfers (T/T), and other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur interest or delay production and delivery.

4. Custom Products, Samples, and Intellectual Property

4.1 Custom / OEM / ODM Products

For custom designs, you are responsible for ensuring that your designs, logos, and specifications do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting designs, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use them.

4.2 Samples

Sample fees, if applicable, will be charged as agreed. Sample costs may be credited toward a subsequent bulk order under conditions specified in writing.

4.3 Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, molds, tooling, and technical information created by Sunday Knight Brochure Holders & Acrylic Signs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or use our proprietary designs for production with third parties without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing trademarks, logos, and designs that you provide to us.

5. Production, Quality, and Inspection

We manufacture products according to the agreed specifications and our quality standards. Materials used are generally SGS / RoHS compliant where applicable. We conduct internal quality control before shipment.

You are encouraged to arrange third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, Intertek) at your own cost if required. Any quality claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be agreed upon in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB or as otherwise agreed under Incoterms). Title to the goods passes upon full payment.

You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and compliance with local regulations in the destination country.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects attributable to us.

If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the affected portion of the order. Returns of standard (non-custom) items, if accepted, must be in original condition and may be subject to restocking fees.

Order cancellations after confirmation may incur charges for materials already purchased or work already performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunday Knight Brochure Holders & Acrylic Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content without permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and may not be used without our prior written permission.
